About me

I am a 5'7" female with dark blonde hair, a medium/athletic build and blue eyes.
I am a graduate from Bristol UWE where I got a joint honours degree in Drama and Education.
I am a personable, outgoing and adventurous person with a flare for life and all that comes with it!
I throuoghly enjoy travelling and experiencing different cultures.
I have proved myself to be reliable with regards to call times and integrity on set and am willing to travel within a 2 - 3 hour radius for a day/night shoot or further for a few days continuation work.
Acting experience:
I played a lead in The Crucible where I was written up in the paper as being able to portray emotions and adult feelings beyond my years with such conviction that the audience were brought to tears.
I was in the Devon Youth Theatre in which 12 people were chosen out of over 200. We toured across the Region after spending a few weeks doing some workshops and putting a piece together. All proceeds went to a charity supporting a school in Africa.
I have done many parts whilst at University as Part of my degree.
I was part of a drama group whilst at college (Welbeck college) where I received a Gold Award for a Shakespeare scene I played
Singing experience:
I have been in a few choirs, one of which I performed Carmina Burana in Bristol cathedral as a Soprano.
I sing for pleasure at home and sung in a band whilst at school
Television experience:
Most recently I have been in 'Dr Who' on a number of occasions, usually playing the part of a UNIT soldier or cleric, and 'Torchwood' as a nurse/medic. I have been an SA in 'Doctors','Casualty' a few times, 'Teachers' and in a film called The Truth About Love.

I am a very strong swimmer, I can shoot 2.2 air rifles and SA80s (I was in the Army Cadets for 3 years before going to Welbeck, The Army Officers College)
I play the flute and have played with two orchestras. I have also sung as a soprano and an alto in many choirs.
Interesting past experiences:
I have been fortunate enough to live in a number of countries including Belize and Cyprus.
I spent 2 months in the Yukon doing an adventure training course which included Kayaking down the Tikini river!
I have been rescued off of the top of Snowdonia in the middle of December by an RAF Search and Rescue helicopter!
I have narrowly escaped death due to a serious head injury from a Horse Riding accident (I still ride) and have been left with no sense of smell!
I have been on a Rally Driving day!
I spent 2 years working with Adults with Learning Disabilities which really was an eye opening experience.
My interests:
I play the flute, horse ride and swim. I enjoy doing DVD workouts and going jogging.
I have firearms skills and military knowledge and experience after 2 years within the Army.
Additional information:
I have experience in TV already as I have been an extra in many episodes of Casualty and an episode of Teachers. I have also appeared in a film called The Truth About love. I have been in The Crucible playing the part of Elizabeth Proctor and also in Bugsy Malone as a singer/dancer. I have performed many monologues at University and won 3 gold awards in drama whilst at college.
